Free Shipping
Orders over £50 within the UK qualify for free shipping.

Cut-off Time
The cut-off for dispatch is 1:00 PM on weekdays. While we aim to dispatch orders after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours. During busy periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.

Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 1–5 working days, depending on the selected shipping service. Deliveries to certain areas may take longer.

Weekend Orders
Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Fridays or during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and UPS for UK deliveries.
